Instructions for using weft free belts
Xuchang Eric Insulation Products to Share with You: Instructions for Using Weft Free Ribbon:
1. The weft free tape should be stored at room temperature. When the temperature is above 30 ℃, it should be stored in a refrigerated box.
2. When it is necessary to test the performance of the weft free belt (such as measuring volatile content), it should be carried out within 1 hour after being removed from the plastic bag.
3. Before removing the ribbon from the refrigerated box, it should be stored in plastic packaging and room temperature for 24 hours before use.
4. During use, if the tension is uneven or the binding is not smooth, it is easy to cause forking. It is recommended to organize the entire non woven tape and continue using it.
5. It is best to bind without weft at room temperature, but the effect of hot binding is better.
Hot binding method for weftless tape:
A. Preheat the bound workpiece at a temperature of around 80 ℃ for about 1 hour.
B. Preheating the weft free tape: Place the weft free tape in a 40 ℃± 5 ℃ oven for about 20 minutes, take it out and use it (preheating the weft free tape should not be too long, the temperature should not be too high, to avoid premature curing, and the pre heated weft free tape should be used up at once).
6. The binding tension should be ≤ 1000N/cm (thickness 0.3mm), and the binding speed should be 10-15m per minute.
7. At the end of the strapping process, the tail end should be locked to prevent the applied tension from losing and causing the fastened strapping to loosen (the tail end can be embedded in the inner layer of strapping to facilitate compression).
8. Suggested segmented curing: 80 ℃ for 1 hour, 120 ℃ for 1 hour, 155 ℃ for 3-4 hours, (continuous curing without interruption, excluding workpiece heating time) For traction motors and large motors, it is recommended to cure for at least 6 hours.
9. To complete the curing and impregnation drying of the weftless tape in one heat treatment, experiments need to be conducted to confirm that the impregnation drying process is not detrimental to the curing of the weftless tape< br>
10. When using manual binding technology for weft free belts, it is necessary to use a weft free belt with a high adhesive content and volatile matter.
