1. Product characteristics and scope of application

1.2 This product is a composite material of polyester film compounded by F grade adhesive hot rail. It has the characteristics of no creepage, small partial discharge, high pressure resistance, high mechanical strength, no deformation, no layering, and anti-aging.
1.3 This product is suitable for the insulation cylinder of dry-type transformers and is an ideal product to replace glass cloth insulation cylinder. It is placed between dry-type transformers and low-voltage coils to increase insulation strength, effectively reduce the spacing between high and low-voltage coils, reduce the volume of transformer high-voltage coils, and reduce the material cost of transformer coils. This product is also suitable for insulation between motor slots.
1.4 Technical requirements Appearance: The surface is bright, uniform, free of impurities, holes, and contamination, without layering, and without bubbles.
2. Executive standard: Enterprise standard Eric-662-2006
Note 1: The performance indicators of products with special specifications shall be mutually agreed upon by both the supply and demand parties.
3. Test method:
Appearance: visible to the naked eye.
Other performance tests were conducted according to the JB/T1496-74 Organic Thin Film Test Method.
4 Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
The factory test items are items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the table
Other requirements should comply with the provisions of JB/T1496-74 "Definitions and General Requirements for Organic Films".
Storage conditions: It should be stored in a dry, clean, and well ventilated place not exceeding 35 ℃, and should not be near fire sources, heating, and avoid direct sunlight.
Storage period: twelve months at room temperature.
