Yongji Electric Machinery Assembly Domestic 3.0MW Demonstration Wind Farm
On July 28th, the 67th 3.0MW direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine produced by CRRC Yongji Electric Company was successfully taken offline and will soon be loaded and transported to Urumqi, Xinjiang, successfully fulfilling the contract for the domestic 3.0MW demonstration wind farm project.
The contract product belongs to the Xinjiang Dabancheng 200MW wind farm construction project, with a total order quantity of 67 wind turbines. After the project is successfully connected to the grid for power generation, it is expected that the annual online power consumption will be 522.2 million kilowatt hours, with an equivalent full load hour of 2611 hours per year.
As the first production of high-power direct drive permanent magnet fans, Yongji Electric Company has undergone "expansion" transformation from various aspects such as production site and equipment since receiving a contract production order in September 2014. In the process of production trial production and batch production, we developed management ideas and implemented the method of "refining management of sections, implementing responsibility daily reports, and driving production reverse tracking". In just over three months, we completed a series of work such as pre production preparation, prototype trial production, and small batch production. In December 2014, we successfully assembled the first 3.0MW direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine and ultimately formed the mass production capacity of the wind turbine, This move fills the gap in mass production of the same power direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine in China, greatly enhancing the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
